After conditioning your hair, rub over your body in the shower to moisturise and hydrate your skin as an added benefit. You can also rub between the hands and apply to towel dried hair as a leave in conditioner.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Wash hair with a shampoo bar
Wet conditioning bar (the more water, the creamer it will be as water is needed to activate these bars)
Massage bar straight onto wet hair
Lightly coat and rise for normal to oily hair or heavily coat and leave for 2 minutes for drier hair.

Conditioning bar is concentrated, so a little goes along way and needs water to work. One bar can last the equivalent of five bottles of conditioner.
