WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?

We use a variety of organic products including yogurt, coconut cream and milk, paw paw, oat milk, honey, soy milk, buttermilk, aloe vera gel, lanolin evening primrose oil, almond milk and free range eggs. We have listed some of the product benefits below.

  • Rice bran oil which is high in vitamin E , anti-oxidants and natural SPF;
  • Local olive oils are a fantastic conditioner for the skin;
  • Coconut oil provides the soap with a rich lather and is a great body conditioner;
  • Cottonseed oil is extremely high in moisturising qualities;
  • Shea butter and coco butter are beautifully creamy while repairing and moisturising.

WHAT'S THE BENEFITS OF GOATS MILK?

We source our goats milk from two local goats named Sunny & Emm. It leaves you moisturised and assists in the healing of eczema psoriasis as well as evening out the skin tone and is great for sensitive skin.

Goats milk also contains over 50 nutrients, minerals, acids and enzymes. It has a similar PH level to our own and is great for dry/problem skin.

DO YOU USE PALM OIL?

No. We only support sustainable high quality products and would like to state that we do not support the use of PALM OIL or the production of this oil.

TELL ME ABOUT ESSENTIAL OILS?

Essential oils come from plants, seeds, roots, flower petals, fruits or peel and have great aromatherapy benefits. Different oils can help all types of skin problems including acne. They are also excellent for skin cell growth and hydration and best of all are 100% pure and natural.

ARE YOUR FRAGRANCES SAFE?

We only use cosmetic safe fragrances which are Phthalate and Nitro Musk free.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA?

Postage is free with all orders over $120. We charge a flat rate of $14 for orders under $120. All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking included, signature on delivery is also an option for $2.95. Please note that orders can only be sent to one address.

WHEN ARE ORDERS POSTED?

Orders are sent every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. Therefore if your order is received on a Monday afternoon for example, it will be posted on the Wednesday morning. 

DO YOU OFFER A PICK UP SERVICE?

Yes! Pick up is available to local customers from our Morayfield studio. Simply select Pick Up during checkout. You will receive a text message stating when your order will be ready along with the pick up address. Please do NOT use this pick up service if you need your order posted. Please note there maybe some delays during the busy Christmas period, your patience is appreciated.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do. International shipping is via Australia Post and is set at a flat rate for up to 5kgs therefore you can order in bulk and pay a flat rate fee. This fee varies depending on the country, simply add to your cart and the fee will be calculated upon checkout. Delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks depending on your location. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Applicable 14 days from date of purchase excluding all shipping costs. Customer service is one of our priorities, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to discuss. Customer is responsible for the return postage fee if applicable.
